Service times vary depending on the work needed. Simple services like oil changes typically take 30-45 minutes. More complex repairs may require several hours or longer. We'll provide you with an accurate time estimate when we assess your vehicle and keep you updated throughout the repair process.
Do you offer warranties on repairs?
Yes! We stand behind our work with comprehensive warranties on both parts and labor. Warranty periods vary depending on the service performed. We'll explain the specific warranty coverage for your repair when we provide your estimate.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), and debit cards. Payment is due when service is completed. We want to make it as convenient as possible for you to get the repairs your vehicle needs.
Will you give me a written estimate before starting work?
Absolutely. We believe in complete transparency. After diagnosing your vehicle, we'll provide you with a detailed written estimate that breaks down the costs for parts and labor. We won't begin any work until you've reviewed and approved the estimate. No surprises, no hidden fees.
Do you use OEM or aftermarket parts?
We offer both OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and high-quality aftermarket parts, depending on your preference and budget. We'll discuss the options with you and help you make the best decision for your vehicle and situation. Quality is our priority regardless of which option you choose.
What if you find additional problems while working on my vehicle?
If we discover additional issues during service, we'll contact you immediately to discuss the findings and provide an estimate for the additional work. We'll never perform extra work without your authorization. You always have the final say on what repairs are done to your vehicle.
How often should I get my oil changed?
Most vehicles should have their oil changed every 3,000-5,000 miles with conventional oil, or 7,500-10,000 miles with synthetic oil. However, the best guidance is your vehicle manufacturer's recommendations in your owner's manual. Factors like driving conditions and habits can also affect oil change intervals. We'll help you determine the right schedule for your vehicle.
Do you offer shuttle service or loaner vehicles?
While we don't currently offer shuttle service or loaner vehicles, we're conveniently located and work efficiently to minimize your wait time. For longer repairs, we can help arrange alternative transportation if needed. Many customers also choose to wait in our comfortable waiting area.
